Is oatmeal soap kosher for Pesach?

Answer:
The answer is both yes and no. It is acceptable to own if you do not use it. But once the oats come in contact with water it is considered chometz and not acceptable for Passover. You are not supposed to own chometz during Passover, even if you do not eat it.
