Thanks for your response, but my Coke tops have an OU certification, not
the
cRc. What then?? The regular coke has the Kosher lePesach, but not the
diet??
There is a brand of sprouted bread, called "Manna Bread", which is
basically sprouted grains which have been lightly oven baked. You have to
keep it in the fridge. It is marked Kosher on the package, but I wanted to
know if it was kosher for passover. There are several types of this
sprouted bread including: rye, whole wheat, millet, and rice.
I've noticed that some products in the grocery store will say "kosher", but
they will also say "not for Passover". What is the difference in those
products and the products that say "kosher for Passover"?
We have a Passover guest who is allergic to wheat and dairy products, and
one or two on a low carb diet. I have found a kosher for Passover oatmeal
matzo and some nut flours, but it is still difficult to make all the
traditional meals. Are soy flour or products permitted? Is there a good
place to find low carb kosher for Passover products and recipes?
I order food for a large corporate services food service facility. I would
like to order tuna and macaroons for our jewish customers during passover.
Do these two items need to be kosher for passover? or is regular kosher
okay?

Does Organically grown dried fruit need a "kosher for passover" stamp on
the box/bag to be kosher for passover? specifically raisins, dates and
prunes.

Thank you for your prompt and informative reply. I have more questions for you:
First, pardon my ignorance, what does "kitniyot" mean? I have always read that sesame seeds are not acceptable for Passover, yet year after year they sell those sesame seed candies that are marked kosher for Passover.
Are cashews kosher for Pasover? I've read that they, like peanuts, are legumes and would therefore not be acceptable. As long as we're on this subject, what about all the other nuts - hazelnuts, brazil nuts, macademias, sunflower seeds, pumkin seeds?
A non Jewish friend commented that he had purchased orange juice with a
sticker that said Kosher for Passover. It reminded me of my own curiosity
as to how certain "non leaven" products achieve that designation. Thanks!
I work out of my home kitchen and I just found out that I can not receive
the OU certification. What type of certification can I get for a home
kitchen? What do I need to do? Who do I need to contact? What steps do I
need to take? Thank you again!
