Yield: 32 pieces

Oven at 350 degrees F. Grease a 13 x 9" baking pan.

Wet the matzo and drain. Mix in eggs, honey, nuts, raisins and sugar. (Add chocolate chips if there is no worry about melting in warm weather.) Put the cinnamon and sugar on top.

Bake for 40 minutes. Let cool; cut into squares.
