Boil honey and sugar on a low flame till brown, about 20 minutes (soft crack on a candy thermometer). Stir in farfel and nuts. Turn out onto a wet board. Wet the hands with ice water and pat into a square 3/4 inch thick. Let cool slightly, and cut with a sharp wet knife into squares or diamonds. Makes about 50.
