Yield: 5 servings

Cream the egg, sugar and cream cheese together. Soak matzo in a small amount of milk briefly (a few seconds, enough to moisten but not render soggy). Place on cookie sheet. Spread each piece of matzo thickly with the cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar on top.

Bake or broil until the top browns.
