• 60 Grams Pine nuts
• 1 Cooked Egg yolk
• 1 Apple - Grated
• 1/2 Cup Sugar
• 1/2 Cup Almonds - Grounded
• 1/2 Cup Walnuts - Grounded
• 1 Lemon Juice and Zest
• Cinnamon and Ginger (to your own taste)

Mix together all ingredients.
