1. Grate pears well.
2. Combine with remaining ingredients.
3. Stir well before serving.
NOTE: This recipe makes alot, but by the time I finish munching there doen't always seem to be so much left. I have quadrupled the original recipe and I always adjust the spicing as I go along.
