1. Bring honey to a boil.

2. Add farfel and cook, stirring for 15 minutes.

3. Add ginger and cinnamon and continue cooking until the honey leaves the sides of the pan.

4. Add walnuts.

5. Spread mix onto wet board with a moistened wooden spoon.

6. Sprinkle liberally with additional nuts.

7. When cool, cut into squares.
