• 2 cups matzo farfel
• 1 cup boiling water
• 3 large eggs
• 4 ounces margarine -- melted
• 1/2 cup sugar -- up to 3/4 cup
• Cinnamon -- a few shakes
• 12 cup white raisins - soak in hot water for 1 hour
• 1 small can sliced peaches
• 1 small can pineapple chunks in juice -- drained
• 1 medium can pitted black cherries -- drained
• 1 peeled tart apple -- thinly sliced

OVEN: 350

Grease a baking pan.

Mix together matzo farfel and boiling water. Mix in eggs, one at a time.

Mix all remaining ingredients together and add to farfel mixture. Bake for 45 minutes (or til brown.)

NOTES : Bunny says that this kugel stays together better if made and cooled one day ahead.
