BUNNY'S FARFEL KUGEL

- 2 cups matzo farfel
- 1 cup boiling water
- 3 large eggs
- 4 ounces margarine -- melted
- 1/2 cup sugar -- up to 3/4 cup
- Cinnamon -- a few shakes
- 12 cup white raisins - soak in hot water for 1 hour
- 1 small can sliced peaches
- 1 small can pineapple chunks in juice -- drained
- 1 medium can pitted black cherries -- drained
- 1 peeled tart apple -- thinly sliced
OVEN: 350
Grease a baking pan.
Mix together matzo farfel and boiling water. Mix in eggs, one at a time.
Mix all remaining ingredients together and add to farfel mixture. Bake for 45
minutes (or til brown.)
NOTES : Bunny says that this kugel stays together better if made and cooled one day ahead.
