• 3 cups farfel, pour hot water over to cover
• 5 eggs, blended
• 1 pint sour cream
• 1/2 cup sugar
• Dash salt
• 1 apple, cut up
• 1 stick margarine
• Some juice from #2 can of apricots

Squeeze water out of farfel and add all of the above ingredients. Grease a 9 by 13 by 2 inch pan and put in the farfel mixture. Brown in 1 tablespoon of margarine, a handful of farfel and 1/2 cup sugar. Sprinkle on top of kugel and lace in a few apricots. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
