BROCCOLI KUGEL FOR PASSOVER

Preheat 350 F.

Spread margarine in square pan. Pour in matza meal (or ground nuts or both) and swirl the pan so that it sticks to the pan and forms a (thin) crust. Mix all the remaining ingredients well (I add the broccoli last to make the mixing easier). Pour into pan. Cover top with more matza meal/ground nuts. Bake uncovered 50 minutes.
