POTATO KUGEL II

Drain after grating and then combine ingredients in an 8 x 11 inch greased glass pan. Bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes to 1 hour until golden.

NOTE: Could anything be easier? Some people like to do it the old fashioned way. I like to grate it in the Food Processor. Who needs bloody knuckles.
