• 1 c. grated apple
• 1 c. grated carrot
• 1 c. grated sweet potato
• 1 c. matza cake meal
• 1 c. margarine
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 1 tsp. nutmeg
• 3/4 c. sugar

Mix all ingredients well and pour into a 10" casserole. Cover with foil and bake in a pre-heated 325 degree F oven for 45 minutes. Turn up the temperature to 350 degrees F and bake for 15 more minutes.

Note: I use less nutmeg. I also use 1/2 c. margarine and 1/2 c. applesauce.
