FARFEL, CHICKEN AND VEGETABLE KUGEL

Yield: 8 generous servings

-combine farfel and broth in mixing bowl

-heat oil in large skillet

-add vegetables and brown quickly over high heat

-add chicken and cook 2 minutes longer, stirring to mix well

-lightly beat eggs-combine all ingredients and mix well, seasoning to taste

-place mixture in well greased 2- quart casserole

-freezes well

-mixture can also be baked 45 minutes in well-greased muffin tins

-for vegetarians casserole is also very good without the chicken-use pareve chicken powder for the broth
