Beat the eggs. Add the matza meal and the rest of ingredients. Let sit and rest for 20 minutes.
Boil a pot of water. Wet your hands and make balls. When the balls float to the top of the pot allow to simmer (covered) for 20 - 30 minutes.
NOTE: We make these all the time, I even know it by heart. Don't know where the recipe came from. I mix this by hand and you don't separate the eggs.
