MATZOH CHARLOTTE II

Source: Handed down

Yield: 1 large rectangular pyrex dish or disposable aluminum pan

Soak farfel in hot water and squeeze out moisture (I use a colander). In a large bowl, add soaked farfel and mix with beaten eggs. Add all other ingredients except for peaches. Pour half mixture in pryex or rectangular aluminum pan. Lay down 1/2 the sliced peaches. Pour other half of mixture. Lay down the other 1/2 of peaches. Sprinkle with a light dusting of cinnamon/sugar. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

This is the closest thing to a noodle pudding for passover that I have ever made. Everyone raves!!
