• 1 large chicken cut into pieces
• 5 oz apricot jam (or other jam)
• 1/2 packet KP onion soup mix
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1/3 c Italian dressing, or to taste (*Use special kosher for Passover label.)

Mix all the ingredients and marinate chicken overnight. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees F.
