APRICOT CHICKEN
- 1 large chicken cut into pieces
- 5 oz apricot jam (or other jam)
- 1/2 packet KP onion soup mix
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/3 c Italian dressing, or to taste (*Use special kosher for Passover label.)
Mix all the ingredients and marinate chicken overnight.
Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees F.
