CARROT RING III

Yield: 10 servings

In a small bowl, dissolve potato starch in the wine (it takes a bit of mixing). In a large bowl, cream the margarine and matzo meal. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Pour into a well-greased ring mold or casserole and bake for 1 hour in a preheated 350 degree F. oven. Unmold to serve.
