PESACH CHOCOLATE "SALAMI"
Yield: 48 servings
- 3/4 Cup sweet wine
- 1 1/2 Cups sugar
- 1 Packet vanilla sugar
- 3/4 Cup cocoa
- 1/4 Pound margarine
- 1 1/2 Cups nuts, broken
- 4 Cups matzo farfel, or broken matzos
Melt wine, sugar, cocoa and margarine, Add the rest. Cool. Form into
rolls in foil and chill. Slice when cold.
