Mix together and bring to a boil:

Remove from heat and add:

Put all into a processor and blend till forms a ball. Cool slightly and add one at a time:

Process just till eggs are incorporated. Prepare greased cookie sheets, shape into 2" balls, space far apart. Flatten slightly, sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.

Bake at 375 degrees F for 1 hour. Check one in the centre to see if it's done and not raw-looking.

*Note: I have been making these "bagels" for many years, they are sweet-ish and are a cross between bagels and sweet breakfast rolls. The kids love them.
