Yield: about 24 puffs

Beat egg whites until foamy, gradually beat in sugar and cocoa. Continue to beat until stiff and glossy. Drop walnut-sized spoonfuls on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake in 300 degree Fahrenheit oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
