PINEAPPLE PUDDING

Yield: 10 to 12 servings

Beat margarine and sugar until combined well. Add eggs and mix well. Add pineapple with its juice. Fold in matzos. Mix well. Pour into greased pan and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour or until brown and puffy. Cut into squares. Serve warm or cold as a side dish.
