PASSOVER STRAWBERRY SEDER SHERBET

Source: "Taste of Passover Cookbook" by the Jerusalem Post

Beat egg whites till foamy, gradually add sugar. Add sliced strawberries and continue beating till batter increases almost double in bulk. For individual servings, fill paper-lined cupcake tins, or transfer to serving bowl. Freeze. Remove from freezer, decorate each portion with whole berries and serve.
