• 1/2 c Parveh margarine
• 2 lg Onions, chopped
• 2 Celery stalks, chopped
• 2 tb Parsley, chopped
• 3 Eggs
• 1 1/2 ts Salt
• 1/4 ts Pepper
• 1 c Matzo meal
• 1/2 c Water
• 2 Carrots, grated

Melt margarine. Brown onions, celery; add parsley and cook until wilted. Add dry ingredients and eggs. Can be baked in a casserole and bake with your chicken or you can stuff the chicken.
