JEFFRI'S STUFFING FOR PESACH
- 1/2 c Parveh margarine
- 2 lg Onions, chopped
- 2 Celery stalks, chopped
- 2 tb Parsley, chopped
- 3 Eggs
- 1 1/2 ts Salt
- 1/4 ts Pepper
- 1 c Matzo meal
- 1/2 c Water
- 2 Carrots, grated
Melt margarine. Brown onions, celery; add parsley and
cook until wilted. Add dry ingredients and eggs. Can
be baked in a casserole and bake with your chicken or
you can stuff the chicken.
