FARFEL STUFFING

Saute onions and celery until softened. Pour boiling water over farfel to moisten. Mix in softened onions and celery. Mix through the eggs and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and poultry seasoning (to taste).

Either stuff the bird just before putting into oven or put in casserole dish and bake 1 hour at 325-350 degrees F (maybe a little less time). You can add some cooked juices from turkey to keep moistened.
